It’s up to you, but there are two main options:

#1 – Design and construct

Winning Homes can facilitate a custom ‘design and construct’ home project for you, following the entire build process through from land selection and initial design, to expert advice on all aspects of the build through to completion.

Our flexible ‘design and construct’ service can offer savings in both time and money and allows you to sit back and leave the decision making and worrying to us.

#2 – Build from your plans

Alternatively, you can present your own homes plans to us for tender and Winning Homes can build your dreams. We are more than happy to take on your pre-prepared plans and working drawings and bring to life the visions you have for your home. Winning Homes will provide an accurate quote, detailing specifications and quality of products with no hidden costs.

We offer personal and experienced advice with both options when choosing materials, finishes, colours and appliances to ensure the end result delivers the home you and your family envisaged.

Our master builder Stephen has completed a Master Builders Green Living program, which demonstrates our commitment to the design, construction and maintenance of structures that incorporates industry best practice for sustainable building solutions.
