Offering a facade of PGH black ash bricks, spotted gum timber cladding and Scyon matrix, these four townhouses make a contemporary statement from the street. The interior was designed to maximize the narrow deep block resulting in a light filled central open plan living area with a northerly aspect. A functional kitchen featuring Caesarstone “raw concrete” benchtops adjoins the large dining and living areas opeining to an alfresco entertaining area through large sliding doors. These overlook the private garden. Beyond the living area is the master suite with wall-to-wall robe and spacious ensuite, along with a large laundry area offering plenty of storage and a garage.
