Understanding our client and their family allowed us to design and build a home suited to their lifestyle. To overcome the challenges, of the central living and outdoor room having a westerly outlook to the nearby bushland, we incorporated large 2m eaves over the western glazing and extensive use of louvre windows to create cross-flow ventilation, along with bulk insulation we were able to achieve a comfortable home with minimal use of heating and cooling.

A striking façade of mixed materials to create a modern industrial feel. A feature recycled brick blade wall draws you to the main entrance and through to the main living area. In addition, we incorporated a “butterfly roof” as an interesting design element.
